• Miss Ella Shields, the famous young English comedienne, is due; to open* a season'at the Grand Opera House next Monday' ovenina. Referring to her departure for the Dominion, a leading Sydney theatrical writer termed Miss' Shields the daintiest and most popular vaudeville personality that, ever" came out of England. The brilliant little comedienne is supported by a strong combination of popular vaudeville" stars, aiid a big season should result.
