STRAND THEATRE.
An attractive' programme is being presented at the Strand Theatre this week. "Serenade" is a dramatic story, well directed, splendidly produced, and acted with force by a strong cast headed by Miriam Cooper and George Walsh. Miss Cooper's work in "The Oath" will be well remembered, and she is seen to even better advantage in the present picture. The second feature is the powerful dramatic picture "The Branded Woman," ■with the popular Norma T.almadge in the lead. The third episode of the .popular serial "The Lure of the Circus, 1' is full of exciting incidents.
