KING'S THEATRE.
Apart from the fact that it is a decided novelty, "Bits of Life," the Marshall Neilan production which is attracting large houses to the King's Theatre, has much to recommend it to picture patrons. Interest \a addod to the programme by Mr. Culford Bell's recitations and the dancing of the Misses Joan Beere and Florence Heyworth.
Friday's change at the King's Theatre will be something that can be looked forward to with unusual interest. Few pictures have been more talked of than Charlie Chaplin's latest picture, "The Kid," which is said to be the greatest picture of his brilliant career. It has a laugh for every' minute, and yet now and then there is a real touch of human appeal so unexpected in a comedy. The plan is now open at the Bristol.
