Another triumvirate proposed is Signor Orlando as Premier, Signor Deriicola as Home Minister, and Signor Tittoni as Minister, of Foreign Affairs, but Si?nor Tittoni is in poor health. The newspapers angrily comment on the Catholic Party's obstacles to a settlement. ,
