STRAND THEATRE.
ItV » strange state of affairs when an ex-husband's bachelor dinner on the eve of his marriag* to his second wife is interrupted by a friendly call from the first wife, who is.still sufficiently in love with him to regret that she has her divorce. But this is the situation in
"Weddingi Bells," which is .at the head of the new double bill at the Strand Theatre. Constance Talniadge, as Rosalie Wayne, was never more charming than in her new role in this production. The other star picture is 1 a Maurice Tourneur super-production, "My Lady's Garter." The story centres round the pursuit of a baffling international thief.. The supports include the second episode of "The Luck of the Circus." .
