Unsalted butter is easier, as supplies have increased considerably. Choicest salted is scarcely so firm, but all others are meeting with excellent demand. Arrivals are clearing well. New Zealand unsalted, 144s to 1465; salted, choicest, 138s to 140s; exceptional, 1425; secondary, 130s to 1355. Australian choicest, unsalted, 135s to 1365; salted, choicest, 126s to 128s; exceptional, 130s; secondary, 116s to 1225.

Cheese is slow. New Zealand, -best white, 88s to 90s; coloured, 98s to 100s. Australian, white, 86s to 88s; coloured, 92s to 965. Recent arrivals Australian are somewhat heated.
