When a burglar recently paid a visit to the house of Victor Bernard Portman, at Wadcstown,. he made off with two revolvers. These revolvers, when claimed by Mr. Portman, were found to be not registered, and they were the subject of two charges under the Arms Act against the owner at the Magistrate's Court to-day. Mr. J.
