\ MELBOURNE, Bth February. _ Cabinet has accepted the recommendation of a special board that J.,M. Worthington be dismissed from the Service.

I'The Speaker, of the Assembly suspended John Morgan Worthington (Ser-geant-at-Arms), statins that* he wae guilty of • conduct rendering him unfit to continue in the Public Service. On the third trial of Worthington, for corruptly taking money, the jury returned a verdict of "not'guilty." Worthington was charged with having corruptly taken money directly upon account of helping a person to recover valuable security which had been feloniously stolen].
