Tlie German, delegates did not attend, owing to the railway strike, and the Italians were absent, owing to tHa Cabinet crisis. Americans, Spaniards, and Swedes were also absent. French, British, and Belgiar delegates and one Australian were present. The conference passed a. resolution in favour of all the proletariat parties in Europe showing a united front, "banqueted together, and) then separated.
