SYDNEY, This Day. Mr. Levy, the Speaker, attributes his defeat at the selection ballot for the Nationalist candidature for the Sydney seat to a "mushroom growth" of National branches in the electorate, consisting of his personal enemies. He intends appealing to the National Executive.
