CALEDONIAN CONCERT.
Lovers of Scottish song and music are promised an unusual treat on Boxing Night (Monday next), when a monster Caledonian concert will take place in the Town Hall. The concert lias been arranged primarily as a fitting conclusion to what promises to be a record sports gathering, and in a general way to cater for the wishes of the large numbers of .Caledonian visitors who will be in town. A special attraction will be the first appearance in New Zealand of Miss Winnie Fraser, a leading Sydney Scottish vocalist, who will sing old favourites. Miss Teresa M'Enroe will be heard in "Anriie Laurie," and Miss Eileen Conolly (Blenheim) in "Angus Mac Donald." Mr. Howard Foster .will sing "Border Ballad" and "My Am Folk." Other leading Wellington artists are Mr. S. Allwright and Mr. Austen Blackie, and Mr. Norman Aitken. The Caledonian Pipe Band, assisted by visiting pipers, will muster in full strength, and over twenty juvenile' dancers will appear to open the programme. A leading feature, will be the contest' for the M'Gregfir Challenge Cup,
