CENTRE TOURNAMENT.
The annual tournament of the centre will commence at 9.15 a.m. on Monday, the president, Mr. M. J/ Hodgkins, holding the opening ceremony at the Wellington Club's green, which will be the headquarters for the tournament. Sixtysix rinks have entered, including one from Masterton. Six clubs' greens are being used for the three days of section play—Wellington, Newtown, Thorndon, Hataitai, Victoria, and Lyall Bay.
