CALEDONIAN CONCERT.

Lovers of Scottish song and music are promised an unusual treat on Boxing Night (Monday next), when a monster Caledonian concert will take place in the Town Hall. The concert has beea arranged primarily as a fitting conclusion to what promises to be a record sports gathering, and in a general way to cater for the wishes of the large num-] bers of Caledonian visitors who will be in town. A special attraction will be the first appearance in New- Zealand of Miss Winnie Fraser, a - leading Sydney Scottish vocalist, who will sing old fav-1 ourites. Miss Teresa M'Enroe will ba heard in "Annie Laurie," and Miss Eileen Conolly (Blenheim) in "Angus; Mac Donald." Mr. Howard Foster will sing "Border Ballad" and "My. Am Folk." Other leading Wellington artists are Mr. S. Allwright and Mr. Austen Blackie, and Mr; Norman Aitken. The Caledonian Pipf Band, assisted by H visiting pipers,' will muster in full strength, and over twenty juvenile j dancers will appear to open the programme. A leading feature will be the contest for the M'Gregor Challenge Cup, Between the champion lady and man dancers, as decided by the pofnts won at the sports gathering. The box plan is now open at the Bristol.

Miss Annette Kellermao and her company concluded their Wellington season last night, before a large and enthusiastio audience. Miss Kellerman was made the recipient of bouquets and floral tokens.
