On Saftarday, 24th December, a morning and afternoon delivery will be made by postmen, and correspondence (or delivery by postmen in the city nnd suburbs -will be delivered on application at the Postmea's Branch (entrance upstairs from -Featherstor>street at the Chief Post Office,* from Bto 9 p.m. Tho public delivery counter will be open fpr delivery of correspondence addressed to the Chief Post Office up to 9 p.m. On Monday, 26th December (Boxing Day), the Post Ollloc will be clofied in all branches. Mails for despatch by stisamers and by trains lor the following places: Wiurarapa, Hawkcs Bay Maiiawatu, RangitHei, Wanganui, and Taranaki districts, Auckland and Auckland dis-trictr-on JJoxing Day wilf. close at midnight on Sunday, 25th December. '-._ On Tuesday, 27th December, the Chief Post Office will be open in all branches (except Money Order and Savings Bank)-Irom 9 to 10 a.m. ' Mails fof despatch by trains for Walrarapa, Hawke3 Bay, Manawatu, Rangitikei, Wanganui, and Taranati districts will close at midnight on Monday, 26« i December. .
