Witty (Riccarton) wiid ho could not at present lay before the House details of tho investigation into tho leakage of information concerning », message sent from Napier to South African papers by a correspondent with the Springbok football team. When the inquiry was finished and the facts had been submitted to him he would be pleased to consider whether the papers should be laid on the tablo of the House.
