(II IILIORAPH—P»HS ASSOCIATION.) HAMILTON, Bth December. At the Supreme Court, Allan Blackie for tailing to account for £480, was admitted, to probation for three yeaw. Walter Harding Young, a married man, for an assault on a male was sentenced to twelve months' reformative treatment. Torrie Bell, for breaking and entering at Taumaranui was granted probation, for two years and prohibited. Samuel Casley, on a charge of carnal knowledge, was found guilty and remanded for sentence. Tara-ro Pohi, for stealing tile contents'of a swag, was sentenced to threo months' imprisonment. Another Maori charged with being Jmplicatsd in the same offence was found not guilty.
