INVERCARGILL, This Day. Following a series of mysterious fires in the Winton district, the Southland Times Company's factory was totally destroyed, at 11 o'clook last night. The damage amounts to between £4000 and £5000. The building' is insured for £1350. The circumstances point strongly to incendiarism.
