Recently sixteen people petitioned Parliament praying that legislation might be introduced to enable any person with experience in practical dentistry extending over a prescribed period to qualify for registration after submitting to a. proper test by examination or otherwise as to his qualifications. Yesterday the Public Health Committee recommended that the petition should receive consideration from the Government.
