. The negotiation? between the engineer^ ing and shipbuilding trade unions and the Employers' Federatipri on the question of the withdrawal of the munitions bonus of 12£- per cent, for time workers and 7£ per cent, for piece workers have reached a deadlock. The employers proposed tp withdraw the bonus in four instalments, completing the withdrawal on 24th December. The unjpnist delegates rejec|ed the .proposal. The employers a-re adamant that the outs shall >be completed before \Christmas, and threaten to withdraw the bonus in fuJ} immediately, failing an agreement.
