DAIRY PRODUCE
Messrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having received the following cablegram from their London house, under date of the 30th ult.:—" Butter: Market slow. Danish, 224s to 2285; Australian, 155s to 184s; New Zealand, 2055. Government prices have been reduced by 15s New Zealand and 20s Australian, but still above market price, and stocks of Government butter have increased. It is estimated at 1,400,000 boxes. Cheese: Market somewhat steadier. New Zealand, coloured 86s to 965, white 92s to 100s; Canadian, c.i;f. quotation 1025."
