The death lfi announced from England of Mt. Joseph Henry Cock, managing director of J. H. Cock and Co., Nelson, Wangamii, and New, Plymouth. Deceased was managing direotor of the Anchor iShipping Foundry Co.,'one of the founders of the Nelson. School of Music, and a leading citizen for many years. He gave £2000 .to the Returned Soldiers' Club, and was a generous giver to worthy objects, including the .assisting of promising . musical' pupils in tuition abroad. ' \
