EMPRESS THEATRE.
Scarfcfal and scorn play their port in the life of "The Follies Girl," yet she rises above them, coming into her own triumphantly in spite of biting tongues and pointing fingers. Olive Thorns, who plays the title role in this picture at the Empress Theatre, is thoroughly at home ir ftie role of the Follies girl. The purveyors of small-talk and'untruth in a small town receive their deserved setback from the lively little dancer. Also showing is "The Lost City," featuring Juanita Hansen. ■ It ifl! a splendid adventure tale of the African jungle. The last episode of "The Silent Avenger" is included on the programme. ,
