IN CONTACT WITH TURKISH ARMY
(Received August 27, 11.30. a.m.) LONDON, 26th August.
A Greek military communique published in Smyrna and dated 23rd August, states that after long marches on both banks of the River Sakaria and through great salt deserts, we are in contact with the main enemy force south of the River Gheonkson, a tributary of the Sakari.
