MANY MISSING GIRLS
LONDON, 26th August. , .following on the gruesome discovery of the dismembered v body of a girl in the Seine, th* Morning Poet's Paris correspondent says the police are being deluged with reports of missing girls. A total of 211 has been received already. The police believe the majority of these disappeared voluntarily to escape importunate lovers or because they did not desire marriages that had been arranged' for them. . t
