QUARTERLY SESSIONS OPEN ON • MONDAY.
The quarterly civil sessions of the Wellington Supreme Court will be opened on- Monday. Eight cases are .set down for hearing by a Judge and jury alone, two will be heard before a Judge and a jury of four, and 26 will come^ before a Judge alone, making a totai of 36 cases.
