SHORTT'S THEATRE.
_ "Jubilo," a special Galdwyn production, which features the noted star, Will Rogers, is attracting much attention at Shortt's Theatre this week. The picture presents a knight of the road who locates a. train robbery and saves from prison the man who gave him his first long-distance job. Jubilo, the hobo, had no particular friendship for the man, but in his daughter had found someone who meant more to him than tho free life he had been leading.
"Once to Every Woman," a Universal jewel-de-luxe production, is to receive ita initial Wellington screening at Shortt's Theatre on Friday next. The main theme of the photo-play deals with mother-love, and the story is of a young girl who, despite the entreaties of her mother, leaves her home town to seek fame in the great metropolis. Her vocal training finished, she makes an appearance in New York, where her voice creates a sensation. Subsequent events are of a type which cannot fail to appeal.
