AN APPEAL FOR RESTRAINT

LONDON, Ist August.
Both the Central and the Prussian Governments have appealed to all inhabitants.in Silesia to.',act with restraint in order to make an unbiassed decision by the Supreme Council possible. They urge Germans generally, who wish to serve the German cause, to keep" cool.
