The 'fifth round di the inter-club matches B grade, under the aAspices of tho Wellington Miniature Rifle Association has been concluded. Tho A grade fifth and final round of the series will bo fired during the week ending 20th August. The second shoot for the Osmond Shield has been completed, and tho Harbour Board learn, 10 men. proved the winners, with the fine score of 689, out of a. possible 700.
The results of the shooting are as fol low:—
Inter-Club Matches.
No. 1 Series.—South B 337, beat Petone Ladies 299;-Harbour Board B 340, beat Brooklyn-B 333; Women's National Reserve won by dofeault; Railway B, a bye. No. 2 Series.—Harbour Board B2 336. beat Women's National Reserve B2 311 ; douth B2 331, beat Railway B2 318; Brooklyn Ladies won by default. Osmond Shield. Harbour Board 689 South No. 1 683 South No. 2 677 Brooklyn 670 Eailway No. 1 669 Lower Hutt 658 Railway No. 2- 646 Possibles were registered by Henderson, Barclmm, Ahlers, and Rees (South), M'Donald and Russell (Harbour Board).
