ALEXANDER WATSON RECITALS.
Yesterday by the Tahiti Mr. Alexander Wateon arrived' from Sydney. He will renow his acquaintance with. Wellington audiences at the Concert Oliamber, Town' Sail, on Saturday evening noxt, when "Dr. Marigold's Prescriptions" will be given. From Australia have come many reports of the splendid way in which Mr. AVatson tells this very human story. It has not been forgotten that, without scenery and "make up," Mr. Watson can make a Shakesparian play very wonderful. The performance of the forum scone from "Julius Caesar" on Monday evening is being looked forward to with eagerness. Lovers of J. M. Barrie will again hear some of his works on Tuesday evening.
