THE CURTAIN-RAISER
Prior to the big match spectators will have an opportunity of witnessing a match between two unbeaten teams in the sixth-class competition, Wellington College A and Petone. Neither team has been defeated. Wellington College has put up a very fine record, having ip ten matches scored. 440 points with only six points against. Petone's total "for eleven matches is 371 points, while only nine points have been scored against them. A splendid preliminary to' the big fixture should result from the meeting of these two teams.
