DUNEDIN, This Day. Tho Arbitration Court delivered judgment in tho Mokoia case, arising out of the refusal of thp firemen to take tho vessel to sea while Sir George Clifford was aboard. The Magistrate, at Auckland, convicted the firemen of being parties to a strike, inflicting a pimalty of £5. Defendants appealed, but the Court dismissed the appeal.
