AUCKLAND, This Day. file Rugby League declined a request to allow the Parnell girls' club to play in Carlaw Park under League auspices, despite a abatement 'that no objection could be taken to the game as played under modified rules. The club had a membership of 65, in charge of three matrons, two of .whom wore trained nurses.
