In th© Federal House of Representatives, Sir Joseph Cook read a cable message from Mr. Hughes, stating that it would b9 unwise to disclose the business of the Imperial Conference at this stage, but he -reiterated that anything agreed to by him was not final unless ratified 1 by the Federal Parliament.
