KHANDALLAH CLUB.

Officers of the , Khandallah Bowling Club were elected at the adjourned annual meeting as follow :—President, Mr. J. Bevin; hon. secretary, Mr. H. E. Gilbert (ie-elected); hon. treasurer, Mr' H. H. Taylor (re-elected); hon. auditor, Mr. W. C. Stephens (re-elected); selection committee, Messrs. Bririgasis, Civinge, and Nalder; billiard-table committee, Messrs.. Grant, Hodgson,' and Oxley ; directors, Messrs. Hodgson,' Wright, and Nalder (re-elected); delegate to Welling. ton Centre, Mr. H. E. Gilbert.

The retiring president (Mr. P. S. Waldie) was in the chair. The report and balance-sheet, details of which have been published, were adopted. The president presented the "Bourke Mugs" to the winners of the pairs competition, Messrs. Butt and Grant; also a billiard cue to Mr. Billman, the winner of Mr. Finn's competition in billiards. Votes-of thanks were passed to the ladies and the retiring officers.
