M., Hughes ijelegraphed congratulations to the Prince of Wales on his birthday. The Prince spent the. day at Epping Forest with Princess Mary, -where a thousand poor children Were having- a holiday at the expense of the Fresh Air Fund. Speaking to the children, ■the Prince said the day had been the >est birthday piesent he had ever had.
