HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE, is hereby given that the Council of the County of the Hutt did at tho Special Meeting held on tho 14th June, 1921, pass tho following resolution:— " That for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also ether obarges\on a loan of £6000 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County Council under 'The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913,'- for .awater supply at Paekakarikj, the said Hutt County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 2id in tho'£ upon the capital rateable value of all rateable property of the Number 13 Special Eat ; ing Area, comprising the Ptiekakariki Township, and that such Special Rate shall be- aw annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36£ or until the loan is fully paid, off." And notice is hereby given that a meeting of the County Council of Hutt will be held at the Offices 61 the County Council, at No. 68, Lambton-quay, in the City of Wellington, on the 12th day of July, 1921, when the foregoing resolution will bo submitted for confirmation as a special order.
