NOTICE, is hereby given that the Council of the County of the Hutt did at tho Special Meeting held on tho 14th June, 1921, pass tho following resolution:— " That for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also ether obarges\on a loan of £6000 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County Council under 'The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913,'- for .awater supply at Paekakarikj, the said Hutt County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 2id in tho'£ upon the capital rateable value of all rateable property of the Number 13 Special Eat ; ing Area, comprising the Ptiekakariki Township, and that such Special Rate shall be- aw annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36£ or until the loan is fully paid, off." And notice is hereby given that a meeting of the County Council of Hutt will be held at the Offices 61 the County Council, at No. 68, Lambton-quay, in the City of Wellington, on the 12th day of July, 1921, when the foregoing resolution will bo submitted for confirmation as a special order.
