EMPRESS THEATRE.
Heading the attractive change of bill' at the Empress Theatre is "Man's Desire," starring Lewis Stone 'and iJane Novak. It is a story of tfhe lumber country, and is packed with tense action. The story deals with two men and a girl, one man who loved in primitive fashion, the other the product of civilisation and cities, who won the frightened girl of the woods. The settings show picturesque enow scenes and a big lumber camp. \
