STRAND THEATRE.
The return of "The Miracle Man" to' Wellington was greeted by a good house at the Strand Theatre last evening. There is no doubt . the feature" is a. masterpiece, and its strong appeal, to the public is due to ita powerful theme, and magnificent acting on thel part of the all-star cast, in which J. J. Dowling; plays "The Miracle Man," who reforms broken and degenerate "crooks'" by faith. Thomas Meighan and . Betty^ Compson 'do some powerful, work.in "the' picture. Supporting items of the programme include several select features.
