EXPORT UNDER GUARANTEES. The Acting-Prime Minister (Sir Francis' Bell) has telegraphed further to the Consul-General for America regarding the refusal of an export ' license to Armour and Co. as follows: — , "In my telegram to you re Armour and Co., my secondly reads as follows: 'No difficulty is placed in the way of America, for American use, the meat, now in freezing store. — Please add to1 that paragraph the following: But the New Zealand Government has required substantial guarantees against the reshipment of meat from, America to London.'
