Oriental make their appearance on the Park to-morrow, when they will meet the University team." The Magpies are reputed to have the strongest team since prior to the war 3 when they were always well up in the championship. The. team is trained by Fred Roberts, of All Black fame, and should be hard to defeatPatrons will look forward to the game to-morrow as an indication of how far the Oriental team is capable of upsetting Petone or Poneke. As both University and Oriental play an open game, play should be of an interesting order. The early games will be a sixth (under 155 years of age) and a seventh grade (under 14J years of age).
Special cars have been arranged for players participating in the games tomorrow at~ Miramar. Trams will leavo Lambton Station at 12.18 p.m. and 1.18 p.m., returning from Miramar at 5 p.m.
