.Tho pupils of St. Mark's day school began their term holidays yesterday, and in the afternoon their parents wore entertained ,by the teachers and children at a bright concert and afternoon tea. In the evening a second entertainment was given, at which, the Rev. C. F. Askew spoke of the war trophies recently on exhibition in Manners-street, explaining their origin and significance. The children provided the entertainment of the latter part of tho evening with vocal and instrumental mu3io and with dances and recitations.
