PARAMOUNT AND ARTCRAFT.

A deeply appealing story of a parent's love for his child is unfolded in "Heliotrope,'! showing at the Paramount and Artcraft Theatres to-day. A father's love for his daughter is the dominant theme of a drama that makes an instant appeal to the finer feelings of an audience. It is described, as a great story, superbly produced from a technical standpoint. Daring and unscrupulous blackmailers are foiled by a "crook," whose fondness for the flower has earned him the sobriquet of Heliotrope" Harry, and a woman's schemes against her daughter's happiness fail to materialise through his interference. It is a powerful drama,, interpreted by a cast headed by Fred Burton, .Julian Swayne Gordon, Diana Allen, and Wilfred Lytell. Also on the same programme are Enid Bennett and Geoffrey Webb in "Silk Hosiery," a charming tale of a wistful model and a rich, young prince.
