STRIKE AT BUENOS AIRES.

BUENOS AIRES, 9th May. The port workers struck to-day until assured that non-union labour woiild not be permitted to \vbik there. Tho Government has placed a military cordon around the port zone, and is permitting no one to enter. The employers will not abandon their efforts to use nonunion labour. The fight is against" foreign interests, which complain, of unbearable imposition and abuses in connection with the loading of ships.
