Estimates based on reports by l?«deral State Labour and industrial officials indieato that over three million persons are unemployed throughout the United States: Comprehensive reports . from nineteen States show that two million are unemployed, of whom New York has 450,000, and Illinois «0,000. Industrial experts predict a big wage reduction as the logical result of the present situation. , ~"
