Italy, therefore, completely agrees with thetext of the American Note concerning the, equality of the rights amon<y the mandatories in exercise of their n.,andates, _ and wishes and trusts that the just rights of everybody .concerned in Yap will be recognised. Italy uXf.ects that \the_ conference of Ambassadors at Paris- will pronounce itself in such a way as to eliminate every possibility of disagreement and > conciliate all conflicting interests in Yap.
