KABORI CLUB,
Members of the Karorii Rifle Club completed the third series with th^ final match of the season, ten shots at 800 and 900 yards. The weather, though fine, found the majority of marksmen to trouble, especially at tho longer distance.,, Tho outstanding scores for tte day's shoot were those of Riflemen J. 0. Low ami C. B. Morrison, the scores being equal, b^iit Rifleman Low took first plac* .on the count back. Rifleman Morrison ip-a handicap shot, and his score broke the crab standard' for these ranges. This match also completed the Major Taylor aggregate, comprising- the two . final matches at Tangos of 300 and SOO yards, and 800 a-iid 900 yards respectively,. the highest score, handicap incmd'dd!, taking the trophy. Rifleman J. 0. Low' proved th«■ winner, with tira score of 173 points, Rifleman H. Preston being second with the same score (handicap 20). ■
The club championship, the' handicap aggregate, and the Judd' and Randell 1 aggregate -were also completed' with this match. Rifleman Croxton again: carried off the club . championship, this being the second- time in succession, • with- the score of 666 points. Bifleman A. S. T. But-let was ruraner-up with 650. Siflemam J. Grove secured the handicap aggregate with 655 points, Rifleman 7j. F. Mason coming second with 633. Rifleman A. S. T. Butler won the grand aggregate for the season, which comprised all matches in the three series, and to which is attached Messrs. Judd orid BandeU's trophy, with a score of 1113 paints, President Marshall being runner-up with 1067.
