LONDON, 29Ui April. The , Morning Post has received information from Moscow revealing dissension between the Bolshevik leaders, Trotsky, Bukharih, and Dzerzhinsky, over the control of most of the Government machinery. There is plotting to overthrow Lenin, whose recent concessions to the bourgeoisie have increased the dissenion. Lenin's sister has been dismissed from the position of keeper of the State archives. Many army officers who are favourable to Lenin, including Kamenoff. Co..nmand<er-in-Chief, have been arrested.
