DOCKERS REFUSE TO UNLOAD BELGIAN COAL

LONDON, 29th April. The Ipswich dockers refused to unload coal from Belgium. Voluntary labour, under police protection, unloaded the vessel. The dockers struck as a protest, and -will not resume until the coal steamer quite the port.
