TO BE APPROACHED BY OWNERS.
LONDON^ 29th April. With a view to overcoming the coal deadlock some coal-owners intend to open jiegotiationa with ' the district tmions, which are not expected to apjjrove the rejection! of the Government terms. It is believed, possibly to arrange for a resumption of work in .those districts where the industry is profitable ' owing to the large output aitdi -wages are compaiativajy high.
