WATERSIDE WORKERS' BAND.
The Waterside Workers' Band netdsl no introduction to Wellington audiences, having gained an^exeellent reputation, by, reason of the recitals given by ib laat season. For its concert in the Grand Opera* House to-morrow evening a rare programme lias been arranged. Additional interest attaches to the vocal and 1 instru-' mental items, owjaig to the special engagement of several members of the "Sinbad, the Sailor" Pantomime Company.l Miss Ethel Walker, the cultured soprano, will sing "Brilßant Bird," iwitih. ffute) obligate by Mr. W. Roach. Mies Nanca . Heinwood will be heard in songs at the piano, and Mr. Colin Crane, an outstanding baritone, will be heard to advantage 1 in the "Floral Dance." A feature of thd \ oonoert Should b* the violin solo, bracketed numbers, "Serenade," "hjr Drags, and. "Schon Rosmarin," by Kresler. Miss) Nanoe Heinwood and Mr. Frank Orowther will.act aa accompanists. The bandt items have been carefully selected, and include a tuneful selection, "Memories of! Gounod," a brilliant overture, "Northern ligbte," and other numbers. Patrons who have not yet secured their season cards can obtain them at Burnett's (next theatre), on from the secretary.
